Are your products safe?

Our products are manufactured in certified facilities across the regions (country of manufacture as indicated on the products). These certifications range from ISO production and operational elements to material safety.

The materials used in our products are commonly recognized in the industry to be safe. This includes the food-grade silicon in our feeding products, bleach-free sustainably sourced wood in our teethers, and BPA-free plastic in our breastmilk bags.

As we expand dnd scale our production range and quantity, we will be taking an added step by sending samples to a local lab such as SGS for quality assurance.

Note that we offer our products on a range of platforms to ensure that our customers have the flexibility to collect and use coupons, take part in contests, earn loyalty points, and have BNPL options with their preferred e-commerce merchants.

However, there are costs involved for merchants such as ourselves to be operating on such platforms. As such, direct purchases from our LCOM online store will always be cheaper (or come with added discounts) as compared to third-party e-commerce sites.

What are the available shipping options (Singapore)?

For orders within Singapore, these are the various shipping options tagged to the specific e-commerce platforms.

Note that the LCOM team reserves the right to provide an alternative shipping partner if the need arises. The delivery service rendered should be on par or exceed the option that you've initially paid for.

What are the available shipping options (Global)?

We work with our logistic partners that allow us to ship across the globe (shipping rates apply).

The logistics partner for different countries is dependent on the platform you’d purchase from. In the event, the purchase was made on a platform (or our site) that is agnostic to a specific provider, we will provide you with the most cost-effective option made available to us in Singapore.

Note that the shipping cost is directly correlated to the order quantity, dimensions, and weight.

How are your items packaged?

Generally, our products are packaged within a polymailer bag.

If the order amount is of a larger quantity, a standard postage shipping box may be used.

This packaging material has stand against the test of time and have proven time and again to be the best and safest way to mail your product out. Note that certain products such as our silicon feeding products and teething rings will not come with extra bubble wrapping due to the nature of the material used (not easily damaged by impact).

Our other products such as our breastmilk bags will come with extra bubble wrapping to ensure that the box packaging is intact.

As much as possible, we want to reduce our plastic use and carbon footprint. All meet-ups will come with minimal to no plastic packaging or protection.

Do you provide gift wrapping services?

At the moment, we do not provide gift-wrapping services.

However, we are currently sourcing for box packaging that would be suitable and presentable as a gift.

Do you provide subscription service for your consumables (breastmilk bags)?

At the moment, this option is not made available on any of the platforms stated.

This feature will be available at a later time.

However, we do offer this service directly if you enquire with us offline. Note that a subscription service will provide you with additional loyalty discounts.
